received it as a gift on 7th July 2010, unwrapped and charged for 3 hours, that's all. Did not even plug in ear phones.
Original case, manual, earphones, usb cable all left intact and unused. 2nd photo shows me posing with the ipod nano 16gb 5th gen when i first received it as a gift and unwrapped it.

reason for selling: cant use any camera device in workplace, thus selling this to buy an ipod touch/classic instead.
this ipod was bought for $288, now selling for $215 at a loss of $78 simply because I've already unsealed it.
